Whether you’re a school administrator, teacher, student, or parent, the support team can help with sign-in trouble, billing questions, app issues, and how-to questions across the web app and the iOS app. Email us any time at support@lessoncomplete.com.
We typically respond within 1–2 business days. Requests that involve a school’s billing or account may take a little longer if we need to confirm details with your school.
2. What to Include in a Support Request
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include as much of the following as you can:
- The email address on your account (so we can find you), and your school’s name if you know it.
- Whether you’re using the iOS app or the web app, and on what device (for example, iPhone model and iOS version, or browser).
- A clear description of what you were trying to do, what happened, and what you expected to happen.
- The exact text of any error message, and a screenshot if you have one.
- The date and time the problem occurred, if it was a one-time issue.
Please don’t send passwords or full payment card numbers — we never need them, and we can help without them.
3. Frequently Asked Questions
How do I sign in to the iOS app?
Open the Lesson Complete app and sign in with the same email and password you use on the web. Your account is shared across both, so there is nothing separate to set up — once you’re signed in, your school, schedule, and messages appear automatically.
I was invited by a school — how do I join?
If your school invited you, you’ll receive an invite — open its link or enter the invite code you were given. Schools can also share a QR code that the iOS app can scan to connect you to the right school. Once you accept, your account is linked to the school and you’ll see its lessons and materials.
How do I reset my password?
Reset your password on the web: go to the sign-in page and choose the “forgot password” option to receive a reset link by email. Because the iOS app uses the same login, your new password works in the app right away.
How do I delete my account?
In the iOS app, go to Settings → Account & Security → Delete my account. You can also delete your account on the web from your Account page. Deleting your account removes your login and archives your enrollments. See our Privacy Policy for details on retention.
How is my data protected?
Your data is encrypted at rest in our database, files are delivered through short-lived signed links, and each school’s data is isolated from every other school’s. Payment card data is handled by Stripe and never stored by Lesson Complete, and we do not sell your data or use advertising trackers. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
